Life changes—whether exciting, challenging, or bittersweet—can stir deep emotions. Perhaps
you’ve recently changed jobs, retired, moved house, welcomed a baby, experienced a loss, or
watched your children leave home.
This workshop with Jo Eastop provides a warm, supportive space for exploring your feelings
through brief, gentle writing exercises.
Studies by psychologist James W. Pennebaker show that writing about your feelings during
major life changes can reduce stress, improve mood, and support emotional healing. So why
not give it a try?!
No writing experience is needed. Tea and biscuits will be provided.
