Write Anyway – Week 4: Experimenting with form: breaking rules, shaping writing.
This workshop is part of ‘Write Anyway, Even if it’s Messy’, a six‑week creative writing series for writers aged 16+ who want to explore their craft without pressure or perfection. Each session stands alone, you can join just this workshop or take all six.
Led by writer and MA Creative Writing student Natashia Gravett, these sessions offer a relaxed, supportive space to experiment, explore your voice, and simply write anyway.
In this session, you will experiment with form and learn that breaking the rules can reshape what writing can be. There will be hands‑on experiments with line breaks, fragmenting, lists, hybrid prose, and other playful devices
