This year, we are pleased to announce our first Sisters in Crime author panel.
Join us for a panel discussion with Tina Baker and Joanna Wallace, hosted by Denise Beddows, where they’ll talk about the inspiration for their books, their experiences in the world of crime writing and what comes next.

Tina Baker

During author, journalist and fitness professional Tina Baker’s thirty-year career in broadcasting, she was TV critic for BBC and MGTV. She has four successful thrillers to her name: Nasty Little Cuts, Make Me Clean, What We Did in the Storm. and the Amazon No 1 bestseller Call Me Mummy.

 

Joanna Wallace

Former solicitor turned successful author Joanna Wallace won the Crime Fiction Lovers’ Best Debut Crime Novel Award in 2023, and was shortlisted for Best Crime Author of the Year, for her novel You’d Look Better as a Ghost. Her second novel The Dead friend Project was The Literary Review’s Crime novel of the year.

     

They will be in conversation with former intelligence analyst Denise Beddows.

Denise Beddows

Author of six crime/espionage novels, including Amazon No 1 bestsellers Shearwater Point and The Kohat Connection, whose true crime novels The Forgotten Forty-Four and The Wronged Man were shortlisted in the True Crime awards.
