Rest & Restore is a guided wellbeing session to help you relax, reconnect and gently reset your energy.
If you’ve been holding a lot lately, this session offers a space to slow down and come back to yourself.
Through guided rest, gentle breath work, sound, and intuitive reflection, you’ll be supported in settling your body and giving yourself space to pause.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, and with a clearer sense of what you need moving forward.
These sessions are guided by Puja K McClymont, a wellbeing educator with over a decade of experience working with individuals and groups.
Inspired by her Indian heritage, Puja’s work draws from Vedic philosophy and a grounded understanding of how pressure and modern life impact the nervous system.
Please wear something comfortable and bring a yoga mat, notebook and pen, and water. You may also wish to bring a blanket, eye pillow/eye mask, or a cushion/support for your head, knees or back for added comfort.
