Beginners’ Bookbinding: Coptic Stitching Would you like to learn a new skill? Join us at Southlands Arts Centre for a one-day beginners’ workshop in bookbinding with the wonderful Mylyn McColl. Mylyn is a professional bookbinder and a natural and accomplished teacher, and under her watchful eye you will make a small, unique and beautiful Coptic bound notebook. This is a relaxed workshop that will introduce participants to the basic skills involved in bookbinding. At the end of the day participants will take home their own stylish and unique book – probably a thirst to do more bookbinding.
What’s included in the price?
All tools and materials are included. Tea, coffee and cakes will be available throughout the day but participants will need to bring a packed lunch.
