Our Craft Markets

We have had Craft Markets at Southlands since the Art Centre started. Not only does it bring together the arts and crafts produced by the individual clubs which use the centre, but we also get a pool of creative people from in and around our borough selling their own crafts.  You’ll always find wonderful variations of creative gifts at our Craft Markets.

We generally have 2 Craft Markets a year, plus a themed Christmas Market.

Meet the Maker Art, Craft, & Maker Fair

Our craft markets have been a much-loved fixture at Easter and Christmas for many years. Now we’ve taken things a step further with Meet the Maker: Arts & Crafts Fairs, running several times throughout the year. These events are more than just a market — they’re a chance for local creatives to showcase their work, network with other makers, demonstrate their skills and run workshops. Whether you’re a maker or a visitor, Meet the Maker is a fantastic day out for anyone who loves all things handmade.
