Rest & Restore with Puja McClymont

Rest & Restore is a two-hour guided restorative wellbeing experience in West Drayton, created to help you slow down, deeply rest and reconnect with yourself. Each monthly experience is shaped around a different theme inspired by the seasons, our inner lives and the realities of everyday life. Through grounding, gentle breathwork, guided deep relaxation, restorative sound, reflection and conversation, Puja creates space to step away from the demands of everyday life and pay attention to what you need. Rather than simply taking time out, each experience moves gently between rest and reflection — allowing the body and mind to settle before exploring the month’s theme through thoughtful prompts and conversation. No previous experience of meditation, breathwork or sound is needed.
