Our volunteer group meets twice a week to care for and restore the beautiful Southlands Walled Garden — now an award-winning community space!

Come and be part of our enthusiastic team bringing the garden back to its former glory. Tools are provided, and we always take time for a morning coffee break to chat and plan the day’s tasks. There’s plenty of banter, fresh air, and rewarding work to enjoy.

Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just starting out, you’ll pick up practical gardening tips you can use at home — and we’re always open to new ideas.

We’re incredibly proud of what our volunteers have achieved so far, and we’re thrilled to share that the Southlands Walled Garden has recently received an award — details coming soon!
