About this Event

Led by Lisa Clarke

Take a moment to pause, breathe, and simply arrive. This July and August, we’ll gather outdoors, letting sound move through open air as you rest in community, reconnect with yourself, and make space for the calm we so often push aside. There’s nothing to learn and nothing to get right , just come as you are.

People join soundbaths for deep rest, emotional ease, and a sense of spaciousness. It’s a gentle way to step out of the noise of daily life and return to yourself.

You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded — often with a calm that lingers long after the session ends.

  • If you’re unsure what to expect, that’s completely okay, curiosity is enough.
  • A soundbath isn’t mystical or complicated, it’s simply guided rest supported by sound.
  • No incense, no chanting, just a peaceful outdoor space and the soothing resonance of instruments.

To get the most from this relaxing session, please bring a pillow, a blanket, and a yoga mat if you have one, along with your journal for the reflective parts of the workshop.

If the weather turns inclement (or simply uncooperative), we’ll reschedule the session and notify you as soon as possible.
