This hands-on workshop invites women of all experience levels to explore colour, texture and layering using a joyful mix of materials – from collage and paint to pastels, pens, recycled elements and more.
You’ll be guided through simple, intuitive techniques that help you build depth and meaning in your work. Whether you prefer bold statements or gentle, quiet pieces, mixed media gives you the freedom to follow your instincts and create something that feels true to you.
At the end of the session, you’ll take home both your artwork and a set of new skills you can build on — perfect for developing ideas for your own panel for the Windows to Us exhibition, should you wish to create one,

There will be lots of materials to choose from but bringing your own sketchbook and pencils will help you settle in and start creating straight away and ensure you have something comfortable to work into as you try different materials.
