Journalling is the act of writing down your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a structured or unstructured manner. It’s a personal record of your life, a canvas for your creativity, and a mirror reflecting your innermost self
The ease of journalling is its adaptability; it’s a practice that can be uniquely yours, and it will fit with your personality and goals. You can write personal journals which record your daily life, gratitude journals, designed to nurture a positive mindset, or creative journals where words and artwork intermingle to create something uniquely you. Whichever you choose, your wellbeing is at the core.

Jaspreet Kaur is an award-winning spoken word poet, history teacher and author from London. She is passionate about gender issues, taboo subjects and encourages positive social change in both the Asian community and wider society. Her work tackles issues related to gender discrimination, mental health stigma, the postcolonial immigrant experience, and more.
She is a regular on the BBC, Sunday Morning Live, Radio 4 and worked with the UN on the HeforShe campaign. She is the author of Amazon bestseller, Brown Girl Like Me, One of the first books to speak directly to the experiences of South Asian women in Britain since 1978.
