She will guide you through learning how essential oils interact with our nervous system, and create two amazing, personalised products tailored to your needs.

In this workshop, you will:

No experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity, a willingness to reflect, and a desire to care for yourself in a natural, nurturing way.

Bonus: After the workshop, you will take home 2 bespoke products – a 30 ml room spray and a personal aromatic inhaler.

As a passionate aromatherapist, I specialize in crafting personalized products using natural ingredients to help people feel their best. Inspired by the transformative power of essential oils and natural remedies, I’m excited to share my expertise with you and guide you in creating something truly special.

Please note:

This workshop is not suitable during pregnancy due to essential oil use.

You’ll be asked to complete a short, confidential health form on the day to help ensure your blend is both safe and effective, especially if you are taking any medication.
